Q: SPECIAL REQUESTS - Do you accept special request?
A: We welcome all special requests. Submit a request to us with details of the item you desire and we can give you a price. A non-refundable deposit request of 50% is required for all special requests. All special request sales are final. Submit a request:

A: Yes. If the item is one you purchased on our website or directly from us within the last 6 months, we will repair your item for free. For jewelry items purchased longer than 6 months ago or not purchased from us, we may be able to repair for a small fee; click on the "contact us" button above.

A: Sales tax is collected for Colorado residents only, approximately 8%, depending on location.
